We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over €60. Orders placed before 22:00 on working days are shipped the same day with PostNL (the Netherlands) and DPD (Belgium / Luxembourg) and are usually delivered the next day (if all products have the same delivery time). Once you have received an email confirming your order and payment has been made, your order will be prepared to be sent. When your order is on its way, you will receive a second email.

As soon as we have processed your order and have received your payment, you will receive a delivery number by email with a link to the track and trace service from PostNL or DPD. Here you can track your order. If PostNL / DPD tries to deliver your package and no one is present, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next delivery day. If this attempt also fails, you will receive a delivery note with information at which post office or PostNL / DPD service point you can pick up your order. You have one week to do this. If you do not pick up the package within this period, it will be returned to us.
Pick up in the store in Amsterdam is also possible by appointment.

Exchange or return
Do you want to exchange or return an item? That is of course no problem. Please send us an e-mail within 30 days ([email protected]) with your wishes. Would you like to receive a different item, a different colour, or perhaps rather your money back? We will then send you the return instructions via e-mail. Remember to send the enclosed packing slip with your return shipment, then your return shipment will be processed immediately upon receipt.
How does a return handling work?
- Send an e-mail within 30 days of receipt to report your return shipment to [email protected]
- You will receive the return instructions from us
- Return your product(s) within 14 days to the address stated in the return instructions. Return sending costs are for your own account. If you require an exchange, the new product will be sent to you without extra shipping costs.
- Product must be returned in unused condition in the original packaging and with the enclosed packing slip or order confirmation.
- We process your return and refund your order within 5 days of receipt.
Only undamaged and unused products
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in undamaged and unused condition in the original packaging. Remember to include your original shipping slip or the order confirmation. If you meet the conditions described above, we will refund the purchase amount of the order or exchange the product. Yumboxlunch.nl reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only a portion of the amount already paid if it is suspected that the product has already been used or due to the fault of the customer (other than that of Yumboxlunch.nl, Micro Step BV or the supplier of the product) is damaged.
