Date of delivery
If PostNL / DPD tries to deliver your package and no one is present, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next delivery day. If this attempt also fails, you will receive a message in your letter box with information at which post office or PostNL / DPD service point you can pick up your order. You have one week to do this. If you do not pick up the package within this period, it will be returned to us. The additional shipping costs associated with this are charged to you. Exchange or return
